The easiest and fastest way to look for potential talent online is still through a job posting.  Our MRS drives through a LinkedIn job posting to facilitate and allow you to advertise open positions at your company. The Job post will then be published to the other Social Media sites like Google, Facebook and LinkedIn. 

 

In our MRS Solution, posting is not the emphasis but rather the algorithm based research works is.  Posting is just for facilitating the workflow.  In short, all you need to do:

  1. Give us a Job Description

  2. Input the 'must have' criteria for the positions

  3. Leave the rest to the iDNA expert team
